I have been a certified GIA gemologist since 1980. I travel to the source (with my team) to find and buy the best gemstones. By “source” I mean the mines, the alleys, the streets, the markets and anywhere else a coloured gemstone may be found. While shooting Gem Hunt we have travelled to 13 mines around the globe including in Columbia, northern Vietnam, Tanzania, Ethiopia and Cambodia. This is my specialty and this is the premium that I offer my clients, whether they are investors, collectors or jewellers.
As a renowned coloured gemstone buyer, my clients commission me to build private and corporate collections and diversified portfolio investments with an eye to strategic inheritance planning as well as investments in portable and wearable wealth.
